Digital Business Analyst

Digital Business Analyst

Fixed term contract - 12 months
£34,884-£43,860 + benefits
Location: Hounslow (but currently remote)

We’re more than digital. We’re improving lives.

You’ll provide the insight we need to build services residents need. Responsible for business analysis within the service design function, you’ll be part of an agile, multi-disciplinary team.

We’ll look to you to investigate issues, design, plan and carry out research for some of our most complex design challenges. You’ll then analyse the results and provide information to guide service improvement. If you spot opportunities to reduce costs or innovate, you’ll flag them up to the team. With your research and analysis, we can build amazing services – and get to the heart of residents’ needs.

A talented business analyst, you champion users’ perspectives while keeping business and technical needs in mind. You bring experience in a similar role, ideally gained in local government. In return for your skills, we can offer the chance to be part of an inclusive team, within an incredible borough. Hounslow has green spaces, unique history, cosmopolitan hubs and fantastic transport links – in short, it’s unlike anywhere else. At the heart of all this is our council, offering flexible working, career development and a whole range of generous benefits.

Join us at the forefront of innovation and use your skills to make a positive impact.

Although we are currently working remotely, it is important that you will be able to travel to Hounslow when required after restrictions are lifted.

You must be eligible to work in the UK.
